Exhibitors: $11 per person/family for admission plus $33 per table. Table sizes and location assigned on a first come-first serve basis. Early registration is recommended. Last year's exhibitors in the main hall may request the same location, if we receive their paid registration by February 1, 2008. Four table limit per exhibitor. Exhibitors must occupy tables for entire show. Tables unoccupied 15 minutes prior to the end of the show will not have priority for the same location in 2009. Exhibitors may register at the door (if tables are available), or may pre-register by mailing payment to: Radio XXXIX, c/o A.R.C., P.O. Box 2-W20, Carlisle, MA 01741. (Make check/MO to A.R.C.; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express OK, too.) If paying by credit card, exhibitors may pre-register by calling (866) 371-0512 or faxing (978) 371-7129.

Note: Show opens to all at 8:00 am. At 7:30 am, exhibitors may enter the hall only to deliver goods to their tables (no setup/no unpacking/no buying/no selling) and then must return to the foyer until the doors open for everyone at 8 am. If desired, one person may sit at the table for security purposes (no setup/no unpacking/no buying/no selling). Speak with show manager for special situations.

Cancellation Policy: Table fee will be refunded only if requested and the table is resold. If a table is not occupied by 9 am, a table may be cancelled and resold.

Overnight stay: Westford Regency Inn at 1-800-543-7801. Mention Radio XXXIX for special rates. Room reservations should be made by January 25, 2008 for special rates. Bring your family to enjoy indoor pool, health club, racquetball courts, three restaurants, bar, etc. Night skiing at Nashoba Valley Ski Area, only 2 miles away!

Directions: From I-495, take Exit 32. Follow "To Rt. 225" sign. At traffic light by gas stations, turn right onto Rt. 110-West for 0.4 miles. The Westford Regency is on the right. Use doors on right (north) side of Inn. Ramps at both show entrances! The Westford Regency Inn and Conference Center is a 193-room hotel with two restaurants and over 500 parking spaces. With over 20,000 square feet of conference space, we have room to expand our future radio meets!
